My wife and I recently moved to Florida from the Pacific Northwest. Plus, she has a thorough understanding of the total cost picture when considering purchase of a re-sale home. Beyond that, Christina is extremely personable and makes the house search pleasant. She helped us find just the right house and community. We were more than lucky to have connected with Christina-and in retrospect, we could not have found a better real estate person.

Overall a 5 star performance from Scotty Ledford.  I've dealt with roughly a dozen personal transactions in real estate, and used to be the #2 in a corporate real estate internal operation supporting 79 sites including personally selling corporate real estate property and executing leases.
From our first meeting we knew it would go well, when he went out of his way to quickly come over when time was short for our family due to pending travel, including coming prepared with his initial set of marketing ideas (we used a couple, but we knew we had fantastic ideas in reserve from that meeting), and his friendliness with my older parents and me (mid-40's).  Scotty prepped our family for how the process would work, was sensitive during a time of family pain, and ultimately drove the process for us while we were five states away from the property.  He coordinated all activities with our condo board, the neighbors, and ultimately the title team and lawyers.  He understood the features and benefits of our property, created custom posters, ensured media had examples of the history of our property, and monitored the visits to the property (including checking in on the property site regularly to ensure it was in good shape / clean).
Scotty quickly responded to questions with facts and ideas, and nudged us when needed to keep the process moving.  He was an excellent sounding board for months for our family, regardless of the minutiae we asked, or the additional work it would cause him.  We chose a "maximize price" approach, and he EXECUTED!!  
During the closing activities, he even went out of his way to assist in identifying how to handle our transition and packing.  My mother and wife both walked away with confidence in this strong real estate broker / agent.
