We have an open floor plan with a large carpet area and Michael worked with us on picking a carpet and padding that would be comfortable, resist stains, and be easy on the eyes. "The end job was excellent.  They came every day, stayed all day until the job was finished.  We are very happy with the finished product.  However, they did not return calls promptly and were going to leave the job unfinished.  By unfinished I mean they were going to leave without properly  installing all the shoe  molding.  They were going to leave a putty joint between the floor and baseboard showing.  They also charged us for the additional shoe molding which we believed was included in the original price.
