He was extremely efficient and made the process super easy. While he was here, I had him look at the grout in our shower and he was able to repair and replace a bunch of old grout, and do some other repairs in the bathroom all in the same day. We had to throw out the padding but managed to save the carpet. Larry responded so quickly and was so easy to work with. Months later we got them back from the ex-con and hoodlum they sent to rob the owner totally destroyed and had to pay another $1300 to get them back. We feared for our safety because they wanted to know if the house was for sale and what types of cars we were driving. They prey upon the elderly. Do not use this company unless you have a criminal attorney on retainer. Stay away from DeSitter at all costs."
