"My initial experience was positive. The salesperson was very helpful and I chose carpeting that was reasonable for my budget. The installers were punctual and courteous. However, the price in the store for my carpeting was incorrect, and when it came time to pay, the salesperson was pretty rude when I demanded the price that was on the sample in the store. He even refused to let me talk to his boss. After speaking with another salesperson, I was given the price that was in the store and a credit for the extra labor for stairs, which was nice. I'm not totally pleased with the installation. There are air pockets and bumps all over the place, and when I went back to the store, I was told to try sticking pins in the air pockets and if that didn't work, they would come pull up the carpet. I just don't feel like dealing with them anymore, so I'll probably just accept all the imperfections because I don't want to turn my basement upside down to fix them.

"Mitchell came in and inspected my floor. He told me exactly what job they where going to on my floor. He explained everything thoroughly to me. He was also very helpful in helping me pick a color. He was very professional and very personable. I felt comfortable going ahead with the project."

"Vince and his team were extremely helpful and professional. Because we are a business we have to have work done on specific schedules and dates and Vince had no problem accommodating us. His team left the work site cleaner then they found it, were always friendly and able to answer any questions and the work is phenomenal. We have had no issues with the flooring yet and I don't expect to. Its a great look for our facility and I am extremely happy that we went with Vinces Tile. 

The work had to be spread out over several weekends do to our schedule and Vince's team was always prompt in the morning to get work done. I never saw them cut corners on material (mortar/grout/etc) and they were efficient. It would have taken me months to finish the amount of area they did and they never went off schedule or took more time than we expected. I would definitely recommend Vince to anyone looking to tile a floor and I will be using his services the next time I need a floor done."
