"When my main water supply started leaking underground, I panicked because I have no idea on how to fix this problem. I called several companies and settled on Sub-surface because of price, years of experience and professionalism on the phone. The owners sons were very friendly and worked VERY hard to restore my water to the tank and went above and beyond to make sure my water was running in my house as well. I LOVED the service I received from Sub-surface."

"We had Chad from Cosmic Plumbing out to replace our old water softener. He was very professional and informative from start to finish! He was fairly priced and easy to work with. Highly recommend for all your plumbing needs!"

"Excellent! Serviced furnace and changed humidifier pad . Also cleaned hot water unit ."

"You have to know going into this that their first price is not their final price. At the end we were saying could've we gotten a better price. If that type of negotiation bothers you don't call this company. What they sell is top notch, we are very happy with the water quality now."

"Set up appointment to observe issues with my water softener.  Employee from American Pure Water was very professional-showed me the issues and offered several options to purchase new or to repair old.  Showed me several options of new softeners with description of all shared with me . No pushy sales at all!!  Made decision  to purchase.  The following Saturday employee from American Pure Water arrived to install new water softener and hauled my old one away. Within forty five minutes I had a new softener installed and understood how all functions and what I need to do (if needed).   Throughout entire process employees were friendly, professional, not pushy, offered many options, seemed to have much knowledge and strong belief of their products. On time for both appointments-no waiting around.  Highly recommend American Pure Water to anyone searching or just wanting information on water softeners, drinking water systems, air purification, needed salt delivery, or in need of iron &/or sulfur removal.  As they state, "We have what you are looking for!"

"Very well. Called and came back a week later to test water and verify no leaks."

"David and his son did a fantastic job installing our water softener and reverse osmosis drinking water. They were finished with both in about 1.5 hours. We thought we were seeing a tiny, tiny drip under the sink from the RO system, and when I called David he walked me through to check the filters to ensure they were screwed on tight enough. But if that didn't work, he offered to come back and take a look (everything was all good!) - fantastic service and definitely a great price! So happy to have softer, cleaner water running through my home!"

"I texted mark Solomon about what time and when he would be coming and he responded immediately. He sent out a plumber to replace the pipe and make sure the water softener we paid for working properly. My family is happy which makes me happy."
