He took time with me and explained the functions and controls on the water softer very clearly.  He also inspected the softner and flushed it thru to make sure it was working properly.  He explained how to set it so it regenerated during a slow water use time (like the middle of the night) because it had been regenerating irregularly but not at a low use time.  I was very happy with the knowledge he displayed and how readily he taught me to be a knowledgeable owner of this here to for mysterious gadget.  BEST ENCOUNTER OF ITS KIND IN YEARS!!!!!!  This service man should get a raise!!!!!  Thank you for saving my sanity. "
