"Generally very good. Especially for direct employee work rather than subcontractors"

"Jack (Jacek) and his team were great to work with. We had torn out everything in our old basement to fix leaks. Jack helped with everything from planning out the layout to completing every detail. Framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, flooring, painting, cabinet installation, window installation and more, his crew worked hard to do it all and their work is excellent. We really had no issues, when we had any questions Jack addressed them right away and the whole process went very smoothly. No extra costs from what he estimated except for a couple things we chose to add on. I would definitely work with JK again, we love our basement!!"

"Very prompt, professional & reliable. Offered honest advice about best solution for our subfloor project. Was able to fit us in under a tight deadline. Excellent communication, fair pricing. Will definitely recommend to friends & use for future projects."

"Chester and the crew at Above & Beyond Construction are great! They completed our home addition and we look forward to working with them again on any future construction or home projects. Project - home addition above existing garage (bedroom and full bath) Budget - the stated budget was the final cost. Any additional costs associated with the project were well communicated (before the work was done) so we were not shocked or surprised. Craftsmanship/Work - the crews arrived on time and ready to work. They showed great respect to our house and neighbors. If they saw something that they were concerned about, it was addressed and discussed. The go out of their way to do it right, the first time. Chester was also able to find subcontractors that performed quality work that were budget friendly and timely (for example, we didn't have to wait days/weeks for an electrician/plumber to show up). We felt like we were their top priority even though they had other projects they were working on. Permits - Chester and crew handled the permits and communicated the project with our architect. His crew would also meet with the City for the permit inspections, which were approved on the first inspection because he and his crew do things the right way. They were very knowledgeable about what the City wants/prefers so inspection/permit process was easy. Communication - Chester was our main contact but we also felt comfortable talking with any crew members about our concerns. Chester was always available and just a phone call away to help resolve any problem or also answer any questions we might have about the process and next steps as the addition was being completed. It was great working with Chester and his team at Above & Beyond Construction and we would recommend him and his team."

"Jeremy has given me the kitchen of my dreams. I hired Grandview to remodel my kitchen and master bathroom and couldnâ t be happier with the outcome. Jeremy was very hands on and personable, and communicated effectively with me for every detail that was part of the project. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything surrounding the project and always knew how to fix any side steps that occurred. He made sure the mess of a construction project was kept to a minimum. I felt comfortable with him and his crew in my house while I was out as he would send pictures and updates of his progress. Jeremy is very detailed with his work, and he doesnâ t stop working until you are 100% satisfied with your design. He is all about perfection and his skill level is top notch. I couldnâ t be happier with my decision to hire Jeremy, and I give him my highest recommendation to anyone who wants their project to be flawless."

"This has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a contractor. The owner David took his time explaining options to me and no high sales pressure. His team turned out 5 star work that was meticulously perfect and David stopped by almost every step of the way to make sure. I highly recommend DAL for all your projects……they will not disappoint!"

"Highly recommend!! When finished they put everything back together . Very neat and clean. Would call back to have other work done"

"RC Brothers was an amazing company to work with. They communicated well and were very helpful in making decisions on finishes. Every one of the workers was extremely kind and courteous, even engaging with my toddler sons, who were very interested in the remodeling work (a gut rehab bathroom remodel). They will be my go-to company for any future remodels."

"Christopher Baugh was wonderful to work with and worthy of our trust, both practically and creatively. He was ALWAYS responsive to our inquiries, ideas, concerns, etc. Equally important, the crews who spent so much time in our home during the kitchen renovation were pleasant, kind, and generally arrived on time. They took any questions that we might arise to Christopher, receiving answers in a timely manner. During a reno that is important, since they are present for hours every day. Our expected timeline for the renovation was well met and we were always comfortable - as much as possible during a kitchen remodel! - feeling heard and respected. No question was too dumb or redundant and we really appreciated that. As a result we have a beautiful custom kitchen, with cabinets handcrafted by Christopher and I think everyone associated should be proud of their hard work. We can't wait to show it off!"

"Reasonably well, couple hiccups. Ended up looking good."
