"Christopherà ¢ s work is incredibly beautiful. He performed everything to the highest standard, and suggested coming back to tweak a few minor details to take our mudroom custom cabinets to the next level. He was very open to our design preferences and went to a number of places to help us achieve the look, quality and material vision we had in mind. We had initially hired him to do a custom hood in our kitchen and were beyond happy with the results. We would hire him again without a second thought."

"Angelo did everything as planned. We walked over the construction plans before construction started. Site drawing detailed how the finished room addition and sun porch would look after the job was completed. Wife and I were completely satisfied with the finished job. Ready for summer 2021 with or without COVID... Construction crew (Framers) did a fantastic job. Always arrived on time and job was completed on time. Will be happy to recommend AP Builders for any residential construction project."

"Beat the prices of all competing contractors."

Founded in 1996, J & K has held quality workmanship at its core from the very beginning. We started as a exterior restoration company with 5 employees. We were small, but we knew that if we worked hard and stayed true to our quality we would be successful in the long run. \n \nIn 2005, responding to huge demand, we started working as a General Contractor. The dedication to quality, strong work ethic and great customer service continued to be our hallmark. Over the years we have grown and learned to never forget the ethics that have guided us. \n \nToday we find the marketplace more competitive than ever before. The rapidly rising cost of materials, fuel and labor make surviving in our industry more and more difficult. Unfortunately the result is a high failure rate of businesses in our market. \n \nJ & K Home Improvement offers the highest quality materials available and backs our workmanship with a ten year limited warranty.

"Iâ ve had the pleasure of working with Ben and his team on several major projects, including bathroom and kitchen remodels, full home renovations, and flooring installations. As a realtor, Iâ m always looking for reliable contractors to recommend to my clients, and Iâ m proud to have Ben as one of them. The quality of their work is top-notch. They are efficient, honest, and consistently deliver excellent results. Benâ s communication is always timely, and his pricing is fair, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. One thing I particularly appreciate is how well they clean up after each project. When working in partially occupied spaces, they go the extra mile to contain dust and debris, keeping the living areas as tidy as possible. I highly recommend Ben and his team for any remodeling projects. They bring a level of professionalism and skill that truly sets them apart."
