"I called on Agie's List and they sent me a list of Pest Control Companies it was Saturday morning
they were the only people that were open and answered my call . I had yellow jackets wasps nest in my

Nevernest guys came out promptly and solved the problem by removing the nest and closing up the hole. We purchased an Angie's List Big Deal Wasp and Hornet Preventative Maintenance treatment with Guillen Pest Solutions in May to have our house treated for the summer. We called and spoke with Stephen and he put us on the schedule for the first week of June. He told us that this was the best time to treat, it's when they're starting to build and become more active.

Stephen came exactly when he said he would. He was professional, pleasant and very informative. The treatment absolutely worked all summer around the exterior of my home. In August, we had a hornet nest in a tree in the back and another one in a bush in the front. For $130, Stephen came out, sprayed both nests, waited a day, then returned and removed the nests.

I would highly recommend Stephen and Guillen Pest Solutions. He is reasonably priced and a pleasure to deal with.

"Mike came out to my rental house when he was supposed to be there; right on time.  He told my painter that I did not need pest control services because the entire house was painted and that the roaches wold no longer be a problem.  I was a few minutes late and Mike explained that I don't need his services and that if it were his house, he wouldn't pay the $125 to hire him, I did not need it.  I thanked him for his honesty, but, I felt like I should hire him anyway, since I called him out to my house.  So, I told him I didn't doubt his professionalism, but, since I called him out to work, I thought it would be a good idea for my own peace of mind and just to ensure the problem was handled. 
He did a thorough job of applying the control in the kitchen, paying special attention to cabinets, behind cabinets, stove, frig, etc.  He did a perimeter control on the interior, and guaranteed his work for 30 days.  It has been a week, and no signs of any roaches, living or dead.  It wasn't that bad of a problem, but, after 2 thorough applications of store bought product and still having some live roaches, I needed a solution.  Mike said my painter did the extermination job, but, why take chances?  Besides, Mike is a very friendly and honest guy and I appreciated his advice.  Thanks Mike.  Hope I don't have a need for your service, but, I have 5 houses, so when I do, I will call you.

Their invoices/paper records were inconsistent. 3 visits, 3 different invoice records. Even a post-it was used. Very odd to me. However, they we're hired for pest control, not paper management.
