Frank was fantastic! Very professional, explained everything he was looking for, what he found and how he would treat/fix the issue. He walked the perimeter of the house with me to check for entry points for critters, and he made suggestions on how to prevent issues in the future. Frank immediately caught on to our long-term dilemma. He even identified it to be two families of squirrels, which proved to be true! Trappings completed, he boarded up open areas and we are good to go! Thanks Frank!

Frank actually tried to problem-solve why a bat was found (and disappeared) from our sonâ s room. I didnâ t need to ask him to check in the attic spaceâ he just did it. He made a lot of sense- said it was unlikely we had a colony, unlikely that we would be trapping bats, and closed up any exterior gaps (ie dormers ) . He advised us on what we should do inside our house. He answered the Angiâ s request almost immediately, offered to do the evaluation the same week, showed up on time for the appt, provided a written quote, then proceeded to do the work-since I thought price was fair. He only recommended what he thought we really needed to solve the issue and I appreciated that. Work was done two days ago so I hope we are set. He also took care of two yellow jacket nest, since we found those outside. Thanks, Frank.

We called Nuisance Animal Control because we had an animal living in our attic. Frank came inspected the attic and quickly found where the raccoon was getting in. He set out two traps and in three days the raccoon was trapped. Frank was knowledgeable, helpful and professional. His prices were reasonable. Not only did he remove the raccoon but within minutes of his first visit he told us that we had a bat living in the crevices by our front door (a surprise to me). He removed that for us as well. I would highly recommend Frank. He did an awesome job!
