The reason why we commit to servicing homes for a year is due to the persistence of pests. Keeping pests at bay is an ongoing job that places a precedence on preventative measures. Without being able to reservice homes quarterly to maintain/reinforce the pest barriers we put in place to make your home a fortress against pests, we simply cannot guarantee you a pest-free home. We aspire to provide the highest quality services and satisfactory results which is why we like to commit to our customers for a year.
