"We had mice in the basement for months before I finally decided to hire a professional to deal with it. I should have done it sooner, because they came quickly, sealed all the holes and I haven't found any droppings since. Great work. We also hired them to Control or Remove Raccoons. That also was a great service. The technician explained everything and was very courteous. Professional customer service, and the job was done well the first time. I would hire them again."

"Great office staff and technical staff. So glad ABC could get an emergency visit for us in just a couple of hours! Their technicians are so nice, so knowledgeable and helpful. Weâ ve had them out to our house for everything from a bird in the chimney, to a chipmunk in the furnace duct! Their bug/insect division, Landmark, is also excellent. I HIGHLY recommend ABC!"

"He was very knowledgeable, but I don’t think the bait was very impressive. I would give him an “A” for his knowledge, but I would give him a “C” for the product. The price was okay. His product was crappy. I would not use them again and it is because of the product, not because of the person. You need to just shop around and find out what really works. I realize that mice are a problem in the city and these are like super nice, but they still can die. They need to be annihilated. If you put a product down, they need to eat it."

"They went above and beyond. They removed the bees nest, but also found other bees nests and bird nests and removed them. I appreciated their expertise and professionalism. I would hire them again, 100%."

"My experience was fine.  The owner, Stephen, came when he said he would and got our problems under control with the pests. He came once a month to treat the foundation of the house. He did everything he said he was going to do. We had some bushes on the side of the house that blooms in the spring time. One time, the spray got into the plants and killed them."

"The inspection and sweeping went very well. I learned a lot about upkeep of a chimney and fireplace. I definitely will rehire Windy Chimney services."

"They do the lawn care for me. They are okay for me too. I have been using them for a couple of years now. They do some lawn aeration and fertilizing and that is all they do.
They are prompt, so far I don?t see an issue, but I can see that they need to use better products. My lawn is okay, it is not the great!  "
