They inspected my chimney and said it didn’t need cleaning. They could have charged me a lot more.

Tech was great and gave extra advice on where to replace screen and other parts.

Called them out to do an inspection since chimney was cleaned. They took pictures and said that we needed approximately $5,700.00 of repairs. Called out another company and they said that the chimney is in great condition and no repairs are needed

I had a technician out in October 2018 for a cleaning and inspection. I was told I would need a refractory wall replacement. That was replaced and then they did a further inspection and said I needed a whole new fireplace at the cost of $10,000 and immediately started asking me about insurance information to file a claim. It took weeks to get the repair estimate and quote and then I never heard back from them. I called the company and then received an email back from the office manager, Chad, who said that he would look into this matter but he never got back to me. I did receive a call from a lady at the business named Kim, but when I returned her call, I received her voicemail and never heard back from her or the manager again, even after sending a follow-up email to Chad. I cannot believe a business that prides themselves on honesty and being a family business would conduct business in this manner. Dont send an email to a customer saying youre going to make this right and then never get back to the customer!

Recent move to home and wanted to request service and inspections has the glass had a coating on it. Service man came out and inspected gas fireplace and made small adjustments. No charge. Requested a quote for refacing the tiling as well.

Hired company as part of house purchase that sellers said chimney crown deterioration noted was cosmetic. Upon full chimney inspection, was informed that left in present condition will lead to further problems in the future. Guys came out in advance of scheduled repair date due to ideal weather conditions and performed an excellent job in removing and pouring a new crown. Everyone beginning with the phone receptionist, to the inspector of the chimney and culminating with the guys that did the repair were cordial, timely and great to deal with. An added perk was the credit received against the total cost of the repair the amount we paid for the initial inspection. We cant be happier with the superb job and superior customer service provided.
