I was getting many weeds and it looked like the technicians were not covering the whole lawn. On September 3rd, Joseph Lynch came to my house and told me he was there to apply treatment. He left within 10 - 15 minutes, did not even enter my back yard, and obviously had prepared his "report" before coming to my house because he indicated on the report that I was not home even though we spoke on my porch. I immediately contacted Experigreen to cancel automatic payment and tell them what happened. I also told them not to bill my account since the work was not done and then spoke to Lilly and terminated their services.
They billed me anyways on the same day and I received a reminder email about this outstanding bill. I called and was told they would not void the bill and that my only option is to have them come back out. When I refused because I don't trust them, I was told that I can explain that to the collection agency! No way! Never had such horrible customer service!

Horrible company. Their anti-weed applications were noticably ineffective compared to my own applications of Tenacity, so I paused the service in the summer of last year. They came unannounced in May of this year and killed half of my new grass seed with their application. Then, they ignored multiple VMs asking not to come but call me instead and came second time in June. The CS is refusing the take responsibility and to issue refunds. The best thing you can do for your lawn is block them at your credit card and trespass ExperiGreen of your property.

"Maksim, thank you for your feedback. We apologize for your frustration or any miscommunication that may have occurred. Looking into your account, we see that you spoke to a representative in September and you had put your services on hold until 10/24/24. All services are continuous from season to season to provide consistent care, so if any changes other than a hold are needed, our customer service team needs to be contacted further and made aware. From there, we sent out a renewal email in the off-season, as well as a call ahead for your service on 5/2/25 to ensure you knew we would be visiting. Because we do require a written or verbal notice of cancellation before service, and there was product put down, we would not be able to remove the full balance, but we would be happy to meet in the middle and refund half of the balance for the most recent application. If you have any further questions, please let us know. Thank you."

002 - Percy just serviced my lawn and I love it when he comes. First he lets me know when he arrives. I than know to keep the dog in. HE IS ALWAYS RESPECTFUL. It appears as though he cares about the job that he is preforming. Nice guy.

We have been with your company for years, if it wasnâ t for DONNY, we would not be with your company. DONNY has worked with me in the past about pricing especially this year since I was diagnosed with three pancreatic cancer back in November. We were not even going to get the service no more because it was going up. Again, DONNY worked with us with the pricing, and if you had more people like this Mandani, working for your company, there wouldnâ t be a TRUE Green or any other lawn care company out there. Kyle was our original salesman, he took the time OFF DUTY, to contact us and ask how it was going and he sold us tree and shrub service to bundle with our lawn!! He even stopped in to check on it himself!! WONDERFUL salesman and I am sure he is an even better technician ! He helped me bring my groceries in while explaining everything and was VERY knowledgeable!! he said he decided to give the field a try now to learn more!! Such a bright young man!!
