Awesome service! They did a thorough inspection of my roof to ensure no raccoon had actually done any damage or made it inside. They did not up charge me for placing a trap that did not need to be placed. I would definitely recommend them.

They did a fantastic job

John listened to my request to not use poisons or cruel sticky paper to solve the mice invasion in my crawl space. He used the old fashioned, yet humane, mouse traps that killed the mice instantly. John charged what he estimated and he does not push you into a contract or extra services. He provided a no-nonsense service that gets the job done. He reassured me that I did not have an infestation and he resolved the problem in just a couple of visits (to make sure we caught the mice and that the remaining traps were free of mice). He efficiently closed any gaps where the mice might come inside. To make sure I no longer have mice in my crawl space, I am going to hire John periodically to check my space for my peace of mind. Because some creatures may pose unexpected challenges John may be late to your project. Please understand that he will give you his 100% attention when he is at your home. And, he is genuinely a nice guy, so you will be comfortable having him in your home.

John was able to identify two additional openings into our house’s attic where bat’s could enter. He was able to fill the openings during the initial inspection. Earlier this fall, I hired another bat remediation professional, but he was not available, so I contacted John through Angi’s and was able work me in the next day to find and remediate these two additional openings.

Very impressive response time, John really knows his rodents. He was able to correctly diagnose the rodent in my attic over the phone, which set my mind at ease. He checked all possible entry points and followed up promptly. His pricing was reasonable and he returned phone calls in a very timely manner. Hope I don’t have to call him again but if I have uninvited critters in my house, I would call him again!
