I contacted Tier 1 Exterminators via email about some rodent issues I’ve been having - I live in an older house with a lot of gaps in the foundation so I wasn’t too surprised to hear them start scampering about in my crawlspace once the temps cooled down. They not only responded with a general quote very quickly (within 20min), they were able to schedule a technician to come out within 48 hours. On the day of my appointment, the technician (Charlie) texted me to let me know that he was on the way and gave me an ETA which was great since I have large dogs that I need a few minutes to square away. He showed up and was super friendly, asked about my dogs and family, and then started doing his inspection. That took about 10-15min, then he gave me a run down of what he found, where the entry points were, etc. He kept me very well informed on how he would deal with the issue (trap locations and making sure I was okay with the placement, where he needed to seal, pricing). Charlie is the best

The tech was very professional and really knew his stuff!!! He took care of the problem very fast! So a thankful not to have to worry about these critters coming back! Highly recommend Tier 1 exterminators!

I recently had Tier 1 Exterminators come out for a treatment, and I couldn?t be more impressed. From the first call to the completed service, everything was handled with precision and professionalism. Charlie arrived right on time, performed a full inspection around my home, and clearly explained what he found before starting any work. The treatment itself was thorough ? every area of concern was addressed, and the products used were professional-grade and safe for my family. What stood out most was how organized and efficient the entire process was. Tier 1 clearly takes pride in their work and doesn?t cut corners. It?s rare to find a company that operates at this level of detail and care. I now have full confidence that my home is protected. I?ll be using Tier 1 Exterminators for all my pest control needs going forward.

Charley gave a very clear and detailed explanation of the service that he would provide in order to keep insects out of my house. He did the first application the same day and I was home and I also had a friend visiting me and she even commented on how thorough he was!

Charlie did a great job of getting rid of the spiders today. Hopefully the spray he used will keep them away

Teir 1 Exterminators has been very good at working on eliminating our infestation. Their technician Charlie, visited my home for the 2nd treatment recently. He is very knowledgeable and shares his knowledge and experience with me. He is very thorough and goes above and beyond to ensure a hassle free experience with me and my family. He is also very friendly and has a great sense of humor. I can't recommend him and his company enough. So far, I'm a happy camper.
