Outside trim: Admittingly, some of the old paint was chipping, but what we did not anticipate was that much of the wood had begun showing signs of rot (we own the house for 40 years). He repaired and painted it. If looking for fair pricing, professionalism, and detail orientated, they are the ones for you!"

The negatives and small to me but are worth mentioning: 1st, it took longer than expected. Not surprising, everything does. I would have liked some better communication about when the guy would be here and when it might be finished. Second, the guy who did the work spoke zero English.
