"Plumber did a great job, very pleasant and quick work and clean up."

"Talk about above and beyond. Dorian texted me immediately and FaceTimed to instruct how to shut off the gas and water line at 8 o’clock at night. He was at my door before 8 the next morning ready to work. He had the water heater replaced and the area cleaned up before I heard from another plumber. The work was excellent and he was the most cost effective. 10/10 would use again and recommend to anyone needing his services."

"The contractor was quick to respond, extremely professional, and quick to do the job. I will use again for my plumbing needs."

"On time, great value, efficient service, friendly, very knowledgeable. Will be my goto for plumbing projects and issues."

"Friendly, fast, excellent work. The plumber arrived several hours after the first scheduled time and we had to reschedule, but I suppose that's how the plumbing business goes."

"Sunday March 28, 2021 I had the pleasure of working with Aqua Doctors Plumbing at 1304 Eastview Drive Waukegan, IL 60085. At home there were two (2) small gas leaks at connection points with my furnace and the stove. They were the first to reply when I initiated the request for quotes on Saturday 3/27. They scheduled an appointment for the next day between 11-1 pm. They arrived at the beginning of the window of time they quoted (yippee). I was prepared to provide shoe covers due to the pandemic. They were respectful of safety measures and had their own shoe covers and masks in hand already. Bravo! Chris and Rob were very good at providing and explanation of services to be rendered. A consultative approach was used and appreciated. They did not talk down to you as the client/non-plumber in the room. They worked expeditiously and thoroughly resolving both issues. I also had them quote a larger job due to this good experience. I found them to be reliable and I’m sure you will too! Thank you, Aqua Doctors! Kind regards, Major J. Johnson (retired)"

"Al wants to you to make his company your plumber for life. His charges were almost half of everyone else, no charge for the estimate, on time, and actually a little less than his initial estimate. He will be my plumber for all my needs going forward."

"Home Remodeling Systems replaced my shower and faulty plumbing without a hitch. It was nice to deal with workers that have good work ethics and take pride in their work. It was a pleasure to have Walter to oversee the job. He was so was very easy to work with."

"In my experience the technicians and plumbers have all been professional, knowledgeable and very nice."

"We needed a repair on the pipe from the house to the septic tank, but we didn't know it. Strange blubbing sounds in our basement bathroom and a then a clog that caused a back up in the laundry room were clues. Fernando investigated and able to figure out exactly what was happening and what to do to fix it. He was able to schedule the work when we would be out of the house so the water could be off for a couple days. He is a trustworthy and kind friend as well as our plumber. I would recommend him if you have a plumbing problem."
