The owner, Al was very professional and courteous and took the time to explain his multi-step processe of how he was going to treat my carpet. I had some major problem areas throughout the carpeted rooms of my house and he was able to remove them like they never existed. Not only does this company clean the carpeting but they disinfect, deodorize and stain proof it too!
