"LEARN FROM MY EXPERIENCE! 2/4/25 - Final hit from Champion. My windows DO NOT qualify for the Federal Tax Credit. I failed to do my research. The windows must qualify for your climate zone on the day of installation. This info is on each window sticker. All of which were removed and not offered to me. From Energystar.gov: • On the day the products are installed, check the ENERGY STAR window label to make sure the product you received is certified to meet the performance requirements for your area. The ENERGY STAR label appears on the product next to the National Fenestration Rating Council (NFRC) label on the glass of each product. • Save the ENERGY STAR and NFRC labels (typically combined) from the glass of newly installed windows to take advantage of financial incentives such as tax credits and/or rebates to lower your initial investment costs. Be aware that in the 4 or 5 months it takes to have them installed; they might not qualify. Champion's website shows that they are a "Energy Star Partner". I was told that my order had not shipped. There was a retooling at the factory that had things backed up. Chris would call me that day with more information. Still no call on Friday night. I’m now 3 payments in on windows that I don’t have. Poor communication from the local branch and their corporate customer service. DO NOT sign a contract. They are 88 orders behind in Evansville. Edit - October 23 install. One window was broken during installation. November 24 inquired about replacement and was told December/early January. Six months and the project is not finished. Problems are less with the local branch and more with Champion’s poor production, communication and no regard for the inconvenience. Proceed with caution and low expectations. January 15 - broken window replaced. The windows are performing well in the single digit weather."

"Installed roof on new construction home. 1 yr later several problems and signs of leaking. The roof has many low nails, some very low nails and some of those are blown all the way through. There are shingles missing right at the valley and have been missing for a while, the felt is not black at all anymore. There are probably 40 holes through the shingles where the siding installers nailed their pump jacks through the roof. There is a snow valley on the west side of the home where the valley is backwards allowing water to run underneath the snow valley. There are several face nails throughout the roof that were never sealed. There are a few face nails that serve no purpose where someone may have shot a nail gun on accident and did not replace the shingle. Overall the roof has many areas that need addressed. Contractor not taking responsibility. Would NEVER recommend!!"

Talked us into choosing them even though they were 7k higher than other roofers with the promise of higher quality service that didn’t happen, job site was a mess had to inspect gutters they were not cleaned. They came back out cleaned said it was done got back up on ladder gutters still full and found damaged siding on back of chimney. After filling with BBB repairs and cleanup were done just not worth the higher price. Price started at $26 a square for metal and $15. For fiberglass after 4 hours of sales it came down to $21 metal and $10.5 a square foot fiberglass. I surely have buyers remorse hopefully this review helps someone in their decision. Also suggest reading this [*** Link removed ***] prior to reading all the A+ ratings on BBB Also make sure proper permits were pulled they did not pull one till after the install when I questioned it.
