Our sales respresentative was very personable and knowledgeable about the products that Window Shopping offers. We did not feel any pressure to make a purchase. The quality of the windows sold themselves. Our installers were professional and did an excellent job installing all of our windows. Our first purchase consisted of six windows. Our second purchase were two windows. And our third purchase were eleven windows. In the future, should we need any additonal windows, we will be calling Window Shopping again.

We decided to go with them because of the quality, professionalism, care, and understanding they had with my grandparents. They upheld the same for us and even went above and beyond to help us out. We were trying to get our house painted before our windows came in and the weather was not permitting it. They gave us the time that we needed to be able to get it painted and then came shortly after! They were very quick and efficient with their work, and got all 20 windows replaced and over half wrapped and caulked! They were very clean and hardly made a mess. We will most certainly be using them again in the future and referring them to everyone!

Worked with Window Shopping with replacing my windows in my house. Spoke with Glenn Hasenour and he did not go through the “normal windows sales pitch” but listened to what I wanted to have in my house. He went through 3 or 4 manufactures and options for me. I was able to select a window that almost perfectly matched the existing wooden windows. When the windows were in stock, I was called by their lead installer Brian Coy. He worked around my schedule and they arrived around the scheduled time. The installation crew were experienced and each went off to their separate tasks. They out down tarps to catch any debris and protect the carpet. After the installation, I asked for a couple of minor changes to the installed trim and they changed without a problem. The price of the windows was right in line with other installers but the service set them apart. I would definitely use Window Shopping again. They can be reached at 812-214-5224.

Good things are worth the wait! The only thing I knew, other than the fact that I needed new windows and doors, was that I wanted to support a local business, even if it ended up costing a little more. I’m glad I did! Everything was professionally presented and handled, from the consultation to the installation. Everyone associated with the company is a perfectionist, and that’s definitely what you want!

I am very satisfied with window shopping. The salesman was very good at explaining all about the way the windows work and also how efficient they are. I thought price was a very fair price for installation and clean up. The workers that put my windows in were good and didn't take them long to put them in. The caulking around my windows was very neat and clean . I did notice once windows were in it reduced outside noise alot. They cleaned up around the house nicely also. I would recommend window shopping to all my friends and would buy from them again. I'm looking now to put screen doors on in the future. I got 5 new basement windows, last week. They look amazing and has made the basement a little warmer. The crew was friendly and cleaned up their mess as they went. If I had questions they answered them. Glad I choose them!

Working with Window Shopping was fairly easy. We were able to quickly get an estimate. We decided to replace four windows and a patio door. The installation experience was very good. The crew worked quickly and were very professional. We were happy with the results. The windows and patio door look great. It did take about 5 months between getting a quote and having the windows/door installed, but it sounded like this was a common issue in the industry at the time.

From the house visit/sales pitch, this company is very professional. The contractor that came to remeasure and install; again very professional. I would highly recommend this company. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the wait for the windows. I understand the supply chain issues due to COVID, but we were not kept up to date. I called once to check on an install date, was told May. Then called again on May 16th to again check on my windows and was told I would be called back. We were called approx an hour later and was told our windows were in and we scheduled install for the same week. My recommendation to Window Shopping would be “keep your customers informed”. Other than that, it was a great job and very nice windows! Happy with my purchase and again would recommend!!!!!

Glenn was upfront. Due to covid it is difficult to get any supplies but it went well. The window portion actually arrived a month before schedule and all the windows installed within the same day. The patio door arrived on time and was just installed yesterday. The house is not drafty any longer and they look great.

Window shopping for the win! We had talked to other companies that didn’t want to pay attention to what we wanted. Window shopping came in and listened to what we wanted and made it happen. They explained everything to us in great detail and were very informative. The windows were in and installed earlier than anticipated which was also very nice. The entire process was very easy and everything went great. We would and will use them again for any future window needs. We couldn’t be happier with the massive window upgrade in our home.

It went great. All the workers were courteous, kind, and hard working. From the sales men to the installers. Everyone was super knowledgeable and the installers took less time than I thought they would. Each person answered any questions I had and made sure everything looked nice and was cleaned up before they left.

I wouldn’t get windows from window shopping again ever!!! If you would like to see video I have video and water damage from leaky windows!! Been waiting a year for someone to fix it. Don’t buy unless you see our windows first!!!!

"Mrs. [Member Name Removed]has been upset about her windows since the day that they were installed. She was offered our entire line of products and opted for sliding windows to save money over double hung windows that she actually wanted. From day one she has been trying to get us to replace them with double hung windows AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. We have offered to eat the cost of the sliders and replace them with double hung windows for only the price difference but she doesn't want to pay this difference just as she did not at the beginning. She originally tried to say that there were air leaks but we drove to her home and made a few adjustments and stopped this. This is the first that we have heard of any water leak."

We can highly recommend Window Shopping. The price was good, the work was good, the installation was good, and the windows look great! There was an issue with measurements being off on two windows, which delayed a couple of our windows for a few weeks. So, our installment took place in two phases. But, they were super fast and efficient, and we now are looking forward to spring when we can enjoy opening our brand new windows!

When I started window shopping, I wanted to go to a company I trusted. I had already seen Window Shopping in action when my parents bought their new windows from them. Glenn came out and gave me a quote, but also took the time to explain the difference in the different products and answer any questions. So once the windows came in, they installed them the next week. The team that installed them were quick and efficient. They installed 5 new windows in less than 4 hours, and they turned out great!
