Installed roof on new construction home. 1 yr later several problems and signs of leaking. The roof has many low nails, some very low nails and some of those are blown all the way through. There are shingles missing right at the valley and have been missing for a while, the felt is not black at all anymore. There are probably 40 holes through the shingles where the siding installers nailed their pump jacks through the roof. There is a snow valley on the west side of the home where the valley is backwards allowing water to run underneath the snow valley. There are several face nails throughout the roof that were never sealed. There are a few face nails that serve no purpose where someone may have shot a nail gun on accident and did not replace the shingle. Overall the roof has many areas that need addressed. Contractor not taking responsibility. Would NEVER recommend!!

This job has been a nightmare from the start. The company was responsive to give me the estimate and sign the contracts but after that it’s been slow. They would finish part of a job and come back 2-3 weeks later. Or would set up appointments and then not show or call leaving you waiting, the owner was very rude when complaints were made and in no sutle way stated I was lying about the job and the cause of them not finishing the work. I made on appointment that was supposed to finish the job and waited and waited by the door. Heard the workers there but not once did the knock on the door to do the inside work. When I called the owner stated that I refused to allow them access to finish the job.

I asked that they contact me with an estimate via phone or email and they mailed it. The letter was lost for weeks in the house, so, I was unable to use their service. I'm sorry for that because their price was very competitive and the fact that they responded puts them in the top tier of the gutter contractors in the area.

Communication was poor and the work average. They did go back and improve on part of the work, but it still wasn't the quality one would expect from people who do this for a living.

Asked for an estimate, they just showed up to do job without authorization. When I inquired about it they said they would rip off the boot and hung. No one would call me back until I threatened to call the law. 

P.S. They still made me pay full price!!!

.It's now July. I have not heard back from Dillman Brothers. I tried e-mailing Justin and calling them at their toll-free number and their local number and got a message both times that the number could not be dialed (or that the party could not be reached). WTH is going on with Dillman Brothers? I've heard ads on my local radio station of Dillman Brothers looking for people to work for them, but they can't return e-mails/answer phone calls from potential customers?
I have another provider coming to my house to give me an estimate on Monday. I hope this one works out better than the one with Dillman Brothers.

"We are sorry, we were having problems with our phone and internet provider where we would lose our services for up to 3 days at a time, unfortunately, they have been the "best" provider for our area (incidentally our whole grid was going down originally, then just us). They appear to have the issues resolved, but it doesn't help those clients we were not able to assist and frustrated during that time. Hopefully you were able to get your windows replaced, if not, we would be happy to assist you! Humbly, Karen"

After two workers visited my home on March 17, I was assured the estimate would arrive promptly. Six weeks passed before I was fed up enough to call. The company answered the phone quickly and professionally. I was told that they would get the estimate to me soon. Another week passed, and I called again on Tuesday of this week (May 5). Once again, the phone was answered quickly and the person I talked to was very kind and professional. She promised me she would talk to the person responsible for the estimate that evening, as she wasn't able to find him when I called. She promised me she would call me back on Wednesday, May 6. 
Wednesday, May 6 passed by with no call, not even an email to say that she hadn't been able to contact the person responsible for calculating the estimate. 
I am tired to calling, and I am tired of waiting. And thus I have decided to share my frustration and disappointment here, in the hopes that public criticism will improve the company's process of handling estimates. 
Please note: This review says nothing of the workmanship that the company provides. If you are able to get an estimate from the company, and if you are able to get them to come to your house to actually do the work, other reviewers seem to indicate that the work is of general high quality. This review is only about the company's inability to get me an estimate on a project.

The final deck turned out exactly as we envisioned it.  There were a few issues with the sub-contractor but Dillman handled them with professionalism and delivered as promised.  I would definitely use Dillman Brothers for another project.

They did good work. They showed up when they said they showed up. The only problem I had was that I have a much larger project and they didn't seem like they wanted to bid on that so I probably won't use them again.

They did a great job, but need to communicate very clearly what you expect and what they plan to do.  We had a question on what was to be done, but in the end they followed through on what they said they would do and we are enjoying our sunroom dry and sunny.  We felt good with the workmanship and hired them later on to replace some gutter on the house.
