"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"Our sump pump was running almost continuously for weeks, and listening closely by the water meter we knew that the main water line coming from the city was leaking. We got proposals from more than one contractor and selected Pearson because I liked their confidence and their proposed solution of how they would install a new main water line. They were a bit higher in price than others but I went with them. They did an outstanding job, with minimal excavation near the street, and zero mess with our landscaping as well as inside our home where the line meets the meter. The workers were professional, courteous and efficient. Our water was only turned off for under 3 hours, and the entire job including back fill of the excavation was about four and a half hours. I will absolutely be using Pearson for any and all plumbing issues in the future."

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"Terrible company. Possibly a scam. They attempted to sell me a part they didn't even have, and after waiting patiently for OVER A MONTH, I canceled my order. When calling them to confirm, they told me they never had the part to sell to me. What a joke!"

"Called in the afternoon to report a sulfur problem, had Josh come out that evening and he was very prepared, professional, and friendly. Demonstrated great expertise and workmanship. Had a new softener and iron filter installed within an hour of him arriving. No more sulfur smell. I will definitely be hiring Affordable Water in the future."

"This will be the fourth repair that we will have on our refrigerator I set up the appointment last week did the confirmation then two days later the appointment was canceled said that they were waiting on repairs even though there was no repairs to be made it was a diagnostic because this repair should qualify for the no lemon Exchange so I reschedule the appointment for today 11/4 and nobody showed up despite my calling Best Buy three times during the day to try to get an update and they just told me the same thing that they would be out between 8 and 5 and would call me when half an hour before they came out. Well they did not I took the day off of work to sit and wait and nobody showed up that's why I didn't even have the respect for my time to call me and say they weren't going to call me and when I called the 1 800 numbers in complain after they didn't come by there at 5 so this was yet another call into Best Buy zero empathy shown to me from the representative so I'm going to be on the 3rd appointment a refrigerator that's not been working for over a week and hours of my time wasted I want this fixed and actually I want the refrigerator replaced. Not only do I want the refrigerator replaced but I also want Best Buy gift cards in the amount of money I am now out due to not only missing work but sitting and waiting on the phone. My next step will be getting legal counsel."

"Terrible! Wish I had gone with another company. Here is the issue with Heavenly Heat. If your sauna arrives damaged or and issue arrives -- they have zero technical support. Your repairs will be done by any "joe" that heavenly heat finds to do the repair in your area. They will have no experience with Sauna's and are given no instructions regarding the chemical free aspect of these sauna's. The worst part is the buyer, me, was treated as if I was the problem for wanting my sauna repaired correctly. I would have refused the delivery had I realized I was receiving a damaged sauna and would have to spend hours and days trying to get this resolved. The owner, Bob Morgan, is extremely responsive before he has your money but after, is a different story. When inquiring about the sauna he would respond generally within 10 minutes. After you purchase, and particularly if you have a problem with it, you are treated as if you're a nuisance. My sister bought a competitors sauna around the same time and the service she received from knowledgable representatives was a world of difference from my experience. My other issue was that there were shipping delays and Bob would never communicate them. I would have to pursue him to get information. I think they make a decent sauna but I would not recommend for reasons stated above."
