Our sump pump was running almost continuously for weeks, and listening closely by the water meter we knew that the main water line coming from the city was leaking. We got proposals from more than one contractor and selected Pearson because I liked their confidence and their proposed solution of how they would install a new main water line. They were a bit higher in price than others but I went with them. They did an outstanding job, with minimal excavation near the street, and zero mess with our landscaping as well as inside our home where the line meets the meter. The workers were professional, courteous and efficient. Our water was only turned off for under 3 hours, and the entire job including back fill of the excavation was about four and a half hours. I will absolutely be using Pearson for any and all plumbing issues in the future.

7pm at night washing machine was draining out and i flushed toilet and sewer water came boiling up out of bathtub and toilet so i turned off water to toilet and unplugged washing machine thereby stopping the water so no huge mess to clean up. called pearson 24 hour number inquired about having them come out that night and fix it call center lady said she would have tech call me well was 10pm before he called back he must have been on another call which actually ended up being a good thing for me as situation had stabilized by then and we discussed options and we decided to wait till morning. next morning 7:35 am lady from there office calls me to set up appointment for that day "I was impressed" they said between 1 pm and 5 pm tech would be tat my house but at 12:10pm tech called me asked if he could come bit early i said that would be perfect. took him about 2.25 hours to do the work. took longer because my basement stairs are insanely narrow and he had to take all his equipment off there carts and hand carry them up and down house was built in 1910.

amazing. I really appreciated that they kept to a minimum the holes they had to drill to find/fix the leak. They seemed very sensitive to that.

I had arranged with a different company to have new kitchen appliances delivered and installed. When the delivery/installer arrived with the new appliances, they informed me that they would be unable to install the dishwasher and oven because the existing plumbing was inadequate (despite me having confirmed with the installer prior to delivery that the plumbing would not be an issue). I told them to just leave the dishwasher and oven and that I would hire someone else to address the plumbing. We had company coming the next day, so I knew I had to try and quickly get a plumber over to my house in order to set up the plumbing so that I could finish the installation of the dishwasher and oven. The Pearson representative that took my call worked hard to find a serviceman in my area who could fit me in between his existing jobs that day. Later that afternoon, the Pearson plumber arrived, performed the work requested quickly and professionally, and I was then able to finish installing the dishwasher and oven. Pearson’s extra efforts to fit me into their busy schedule the same afternoon that I called, despite not really having to, was much appreciated and, most importantly, their work has held up wonderfully with no issues.

Pearson installed our first air conditioning system more than 10 years ago. The equipment is in the attic since we have hot water heat. The unit ran for only a week or so before the end of the cooling season. When we started it up the next summer soon after there was water dripping from the ceiling of the room below the equipment. Pearson came and discovered a leak (improperly installed hose) and the ceiling appeared to dry up with no problem. However a few months later, that plaster ceiling CAME DOWN...yes, fell down with a horrible noise and a terrible mess. And Pearson would NOT pay to fix the ceiling, although clearly the problem came from the leak resulting from their installation error. So we paid to fix the ceiling. In 2015, Pearson installed a new air conditioning system, also in the attic. (since we had been satisfied with the equipment, just not the service). AGAIN, within a few months, there was a leak..poorly installed equipment. They got it fixed before anything bad happened. But several months the ceiling of the room below developed a big crack and evidence that it was falling. Pearson came to inspect the situation and agreed that the equipment had been leaking and they found a problem with a hose not installed correctly. Even after their worked confirmed that their equipment had been poorly installed and had leaked water in our attic, Pearson would only pay 1/2 of the cost of fixing the ceiling. Now it doesn't matter that their air conditioning equipment, when properly installed, does work well. The fact that we have had repeated problems with leaks, and their reluctance to stand behind their work means that we will never use them again.

Very well. The plumber ran into problems but was very nice and quick with everything he was doing. I ask him to do a couple other jobs then the original order and he said no problem. I have no idea if the cost was fair because I didn't get bids. I do know what he did and it was worth it to me.

First, Aaron Cooper discussed two options. Tear out tub/shower and go though the wall or remove a cabinet in the kitchen and cut a hole through the wall for access to the pipes behind the shower. The second option would be less expensive but Aaron checked with a carpenter associate to see if it could be done without damage to the kitchen. We did option two. A hole also had to be cut in the ceiling of the downstairs bathroom for access to tub drain and because of water damage from leak. They coordinated and worked extremely well together, everything fixed, replaced, patched in one day, with beautiful results.

My wife noticed on Saturday that the sewer line had backed up onto the basement floor. I called Pearson and they agreed to come out the next morning. The Technician was on time for the appointment. He was very diligent and thorough in troubleshooting and cleaning out the sewer line. We appreciate the effort the Technician put into getting the problem resolved. He was very friendly and answered any questions we had.

I called on a Wednesday morning at 8:15 stating that my water heater went out. There was a technician at my house within the hour who removed the old tank and installed the new tank in 4 hours. He also discovered that our expansion tank was faulty and replaced that too. For an additional $65 he added a tray for the water heater to sit in and an alarm that will sound if the water heater begins to leak (which is a nice feature when you have a finished basement).
