Got my kitchen upgraded with new sink, counter top, faucet, and cabinets refaced in 2012. Sears did a great job.

Few technicalities with the original contractor. Had to call the service coordinator. The second person came out and completed the job.

The quality of work was not what was expected.

They instslled the island around my dishwasher so that I couldn't remove the dishwasher for Repair; now I have to pay to have it fixed myself. They left flooring cuts near the walls and behind a door that are visible and unattractive.

I had a great experience throughout the process of replacing my kitchen countertops from granite to quartz. I planned to use them to remodel my primary bathroom but was gold that they do not do this type of work any longer.

This process was extremely disjointed and frustrating. Two of the initial representatives I dealt with were terminated without notice so it took over a week to track down someone after getting no response. The project had a projected start date that was pushed back 2 weeks and projected duration of 2 weeks but took 5 weeks from the start date. From material delays, contract changes, no clear cost breakdown, misinformation and dealing with several different people subcontracted from Transform (Sears), this remodel was not fun. We now have a nice kitchen but there was a lot of frustrating days, phone calls and adjustments made to the timeline that caused a lot of irritation throughout the process. I would not deal with them or recommend them to anyone.

Service wasn?t even completed and the collection person was calling for final payment. They never did come back and finish the grout and tile sealing they were scheduled to do. All they cared about was the money.

The project was completed on time, workers professional and health/safety protocols were used.

I had to cancel the contract within the first 3 days, as allowed in Illinois by the Attorney General . The written agreement voided the verbal agreements. Nothing in our verbal agreements was allowed by the written agreement.

He lie and it cost a lot money and still have issues 2 years later
