We never ever felt pressured into committing to the work, and they seemed confident in their skills to get the job done. Our partial interior drain tile job was finished in two days. After digging out a section of the floor, he found a pipe installed by the previous owner that had never been correctly attached to the sewer main. He and his crew worked on a Friday and Saturday to fix the issue. They jackhammered out the floor, dug up the old pipe and replaced it. Patrick was very attentive and showed me all the steps he was taking, carefully explaining everything that needed to be done. Cleaned up afterward and finished the job without issue.
