Great guys. Worked hard. My only issue was that they showed up at random times and days, and did not keep us informed of their schedule. If I had not been at home most of the time, that might have caused a problem. Still, they completed the work in a timely fashion.

The company had great communication, on-time appointment, and customer service. Luis, the lead tech, who came with an assistant, is very knowledgable and explained all of the options for clearing out our sewer line. I decided, based on the recommendations and facts presented by Luis, to go with hydro jetting. The job was performed with a high degree of expertise clearing the line and doing a very good clean up and sanitization of the area. I will use ARCE again if I have a plumbing need. Hey ARCE, you have a very competent and valuable employee representing your company - that is Luis.

Luis was wonderful

The person called us, set up an appointment we agreed, requested a minimum amount, we again agreed, he never showed up, I called him after his appointment time frame had lapsed to see what happened, he again said he would try to come out only to never come and never to call and explain. This behaviour is both unprofessional and insensitive to customers time

I called Home Advisor & received three quotes and decided to use A.R.C. E. They were not the cheapest or the highest. Two worker came out and Luis was one of them. He was very professional however the issue that I called them about was never resolved. I think they focus on using the equipment. I paid and all I can say is I'm still having the same issue. Be careful women. If they could not repair the issue they should have said so.

Awsome people!!! Came out the next day and showed up early. I work a lot and they worked with my schedule. They came out while i was not home so i did not have to take off from work. Took pictures during the job and i paid for the services over the phone. The price was more than fair and work was definitely worth every penny. For too long I spent countless hours snaking my pipes hoping for them to clear. Do your self a favor and call these guys, you will not be disappointed. Very professional, fair, and polite. They will walk you through the whole process and explain each step and procedure.
