"At first I rated them a 5 but they had me put in a review before the job was even completed. They used old tarp from previous jobs. There were debris all over my bedding and furniture from the old plastic tarp. If they needed new tarp I would supply them. Who knows what the previous projects had in their homes. I didn't notice till after they left. Yes, you definitely will need to vacuum. Which I expected, but not having to wash all bedding and vacuum furniture. The windows look good, but it's so much cleaning afterwards. So when they say you'll never notice they were there. Was not true at all. One of my bushes in the front were also damaged and trampled on."

After my request for a quote he responded with a return call within minutes. He came right over. We agreed on a price. He returned when promised and completed the job. I was very happy with the outcome, so when I wanted to get estimates for a very large renovation, I again called Smart Dova. He gave me a detailed estimate, and a start date. When he began the demolition, he brought a large crew. For every phase: demolition, reframing, insulation installation, the necessary wiring, installation of fixtures, drywall, painting, and refinishing the fireplace and the hardwood floors, he had an appropriate crew for the work. He discussed each phase with me. Relative to the amount of work, the entire project was completed in a very reasonable time frame. He pays attention to every aspect of each room. Our retirement. Being after three days of signing the contract with not 1 day sacrificed by the company we?ve caugt them in 7 ?lies/misinformations? so far. Our anxiety level is increasing as we see the concrete that will need to be poured in the winter time will be worthless making all the foundation of the deck Worthless at first we were told four days work, but then they said because of permits that it may take 2-3 weeks because of permits. They should?ve told us that in the beginning as we have mobility issues to get to our cars which will have to be moved off of property. The timing can?t be helped, but honesty can- if you?re faithful in small things, you?ll be faithful inlarge things we have to go through with the job because we can?t afford 33% of $24000.
