"I went with this company because of all the 5 star ratings. I wish I had the pleasure to experience a 5 star service. Unfortunately, I did not. I first have to say that overall the installation of my doors were good. However, in order for me to give 5 stars, the following has to ensue. Professionalism, Punctuality and attention to detail. The head installer Jacob, first arrived with a nasty disposition and when the project started, he had the audacity to have a full blown loud argument with his co-worker in my house, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Secondly, they were to arrive between 8am & 9am, I get it if one is running late because of traffic or other unforeseen circumstance. They arrived after 9am and a courtesy call would of been nice. Once the project was done, there was no initial walk through with the head installer. Because I already felt a bit intimidated by the earlier ordeal between jacob and his co-worker, I did not ask Jacob for a walk though nor did he offer one. I took it upon myself to do a quick inspection. Everything at face value seemed to look ok. So the next morning once everything settled, I did a more thorough and lengthy inspection. I discovered issues that in hindsight I wish I could of addressed the day of the project. Please see attached photos for what I found. Although these issues I found are minor, I have to say that for almost $10,000, I expected a perfect job to be performed from start to finish. The pictures below are a result of someone not paying attention to detail."

"I required a custom made sliding screen door to replace my original. Sliders responded properly, took the measurements, ordered the parts and assembled the door for me and it fits perfectly. It is definitely better quality than the original screen door. Personnel were friendly and knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely manner. "I am an 80 year old veteran and the Handy Veteran Kevin asked if I would write a review. I was very pleased with all work done by Kevin and Teko. They installed new garage door, new steps from garage to first level, replaced stainless steal sink and faucet, and doorknobs throughout. Also, stopped all the floor squeaks because my house is over 50 years old. Kevin also repaired rod iron rail at the bottom of my exterior steps. Teko removed paneling and painted one bathroom and installed new stool and second bathroom with new stool and replaced all door handles. I was very pleased with all work done. Kevin and Teko were very easy to work with and I would hire them again in a heartbeat."
