"It was our third time using The Handy Veteran and it will not be the last. Kevin and his team are absolutely top notch! Our first job with Kevin was to replace and paint all of the wood and trim in our entire house, replace carpet with LVP flooring on a third of the floors in our 3000sqf home, refaced our fireplace, install a new front door, & paint the entire house. Second job was to repair and paint our large deck. This last job was to replace more floors, remodel our guest bathroom and hang multiple lights fixtures. Our first job was in 2020 and the initial work they did is still perfect. Kevin stands by his work. He is not satisfied until the job is done right and was extremely accommodating to all of our requests. He wanted us satisfied and happy with the work and even made some great suggestions that really enhanced the final outcome. Him and his team are extremely respectful of our time, professional, friendly and trustworthy. Also very fair with their pricing! "

"Robert and Jeff did an excellent job installing recessed lights and fans in 4 rooms amidst a crowded workspace as a crew of painters followed behind them and sometimes worked alongside them simultaneously. Robert was flexible and accommodating as I was initially indecisive with how many can lights were needed. He made helpful recommendations and also repaired a light that a handyman was unable to restore to working order. Robert's rates are reasonable and I appreciate how he has accommodated delivery delays. I will definitely continue to call on him for future projects!"

"I met Elias and he was very nice. I explained that I wanted 2 entryway bifold doors switched from bifold doors to regular 36 inch doors. We discussed the project and found that there would be issues with the 36 inch door hitting the glass on my front door. He politely explained that would not be safe and I could potentially break my front door glass. He gave me the option to have my existing door tracks replaced with all new tracks and hardware, which made a lot more sense than what I was looking to accomplish with the door replacements. We set a time for him to come out and do the job. He was on time, even though we had a snowstorm. The covered all of my wood floors in their work area with plastic and tarps. Their work area was sectioned off for safety, which I thought was great. The proceeded to complete the job quickly and with attention to detail! The job turned out perfect. I would highly recommend Elias and True 45 Construction to do additional work for me and your next job!!!"

"I am so grateful to Grandview Construction for our beautiful, new kitchen and master shower! They also painted our entire first floor including the trim. Our experience with Jeremy and his wonderful crew was A+mazing! Their workmanship was excellent, and Jeremy was very communicative and responsive throughout the entire process. The crew was friendly, professional and clearly experts at what they do. One of them has almost 30 years of experience in the industry. Jeremy and his crew provided many helpful details about the project from start to finish and was quick to let us know if any issues arose. When they had to make any adjustments they explained the reasons and were very patient in answering all of our questions and since this was our very first kitchen remodel we had a lot of questions. The project was completed on time and stayed within the very fair competitive estimate he gave us in the beginning, and we could not be happier with the gorgeous finished product. "Recently we hired Ardmore to replace the glass in 2 of our skylights and install a new storm door. Other than rain delays the skylights were installed in less than 2 hours as Ardmore sent 2 crews for the installation. They even came inside to vacuum any debris that might have fallen into the house during the installation. (5 out of 5). The installation of the storm doors was different. It took over 10 hours for 2 men to finish the installation which I felt was excessive and felt they didn't do the installation correctly. The difference between a good company and a better company is how well they fix a problem and to this point they are doing a better job. When I called to complain the scheduler immediately suggested they send out someone to inspect the work and within 3 days someone came out and fixed 2 out of the 3 problems and said someone would be calling me and ordering a replacement part to fix the 3rd problem"
