Trevor came for free quote and he also performed the work next day. He did a great job. Had one 48 inch patio door that wouldn t open anymore and one 30 inch that was getting bad. Fixed both and weather stripped now 35 yr old patio doors are working like new. Can move with one finger the larger door moves so good I have to be careful. I also ordered a new screen door. He wore protective mask and cloves while working so safety from Coronavirus. Happy with work done I highly recommend them.

Greetings. In a day and age where great customer service experiences are few and far between I am very, very thankful to have hired Sliders to address my two very cantankerous sliding doors in our living room and our bedroom. After considering the nearly $10,000 expense of new door installations (one of the doors is a custom built non-traditional opening) I pursued the repairs option with Sliders. We could not have made a better decision. Trevor, the owner and lead technician, is a true gem. He is professional, prompt, courteous, and diligent worker. His estimates were spot-on in terms of diagnosing our door issues. The resulting repairs cost about $600, which is is far better than the cost, and hassle, of new installations. Here are the three main issues addressed in this repair. Both sliding doors had long-lost their weather stripping materials. That said, cold winter air flowed freely from outside, thus making our family room and bedroom unnecessarily cold. The days of completed repairs made VERY noticeable improvements in regards to the drafting. This alone would have been well worth the cost, but Trevor also addressed other significant issues. The rollers on our doors were basically trashed, so it was a pain to open and close the doors. Furthermore, during the aging process, the doors expand within the door frame and no longer slide clear within the door slide tract at the top of both doors. The solution was thus: Trevor removed both doors, shaved down the top of the doors to provide clearance, and replaced the roller sets at the bottom of the doors. It is simply shocking to us to now live with doors that now move with such little effort. You don't know how bad your doors were until you how great they can become with proper servicing. All in all, Trevor and Sliders are your ace in the hole should you every find yourself in need of sliding door service or repairs. If you actually made it this far into my service narrative, it certainly tells me that you are seeking a solution to a very complex, and rather unusual area of home repairs. One call to Sliders will be a great move to consider. So give them a call to get an estimate and prepared to be amazed.

We had Sliders North service 7 pairs of 45 year-old heavy 8 foot wood sliding doors, three of them had storm sliders as well. All had become very difficult to operate. Trevor and Brandon serviced all within one day, all now work as new. One follow-up service call was also handled in a timely manner. Money well spent.

He was on time, courteous and clean. Even though he only came out to do an estimate, he was not too busy that day and was able to do the repair immediately. I know this wouldn't always be the case though. I am very happy with the repair.
