They installed new soffit baffles between each pair of rafters, sealed all potential air leakage points (e.g. around can light fixtures), ran all new insulated bath fan ducts (4) to soffit mounted valved vents and blew in all new insulation. Cost was very reasonable. Overall excellent value. Austin provided my insurance company with all necessary information so the claim was quickly settled to my satisfaction.
