He came out to my house, did a thorough inspection, found and sealed off the mice's points of entry. He did all this in about an hour. In addition, he gave me a lot of information about the types of services other places might try to sell that are very expensive--thousands of dollars--that won't even solve the problem, like installing some kind of flashing around the entire house perimeter all the way to the base of the foundation, or unnecessarily cutting open entire walls. This happened to a nephew of ours. He spent $5000 on having walls cut open and still has a problem. I'd tell him to call John but he lives in Indiana. :( We called another company for a quote and they wanted $350 just for an inspection, although they said they roll that $350 into any needed repairs, which I have a feeling would have well exceeded $350. "

"I was getting many weeds and it looked like the technicians were not covering the whole lawn. On September 3rd, Joseph Lynch came to my house and told me he was there to apply treatment. He left within 10 - 15 minutes, did not even enter my back yard, and obviously had prepared his "report" before coming to my house because he indicated on the report that I was not home even though we spoke on my porch. I immediately contacted Experigreen to cancel automatic payment and tell them what happened. I also told them not to bill my account since the work was not done and then spoke to Lilly and terminated their services. They billed me anyways on the same day and I received a reminder email about this outstanding bill. I called and was told they would not void the bill and that my only option is to have them come back out. When I refused because I don't trust them, I was told that I can explain that to the collection agency! No way! Never had such horrible customer service!"

"Calvin was who called me back and he said in order for them to come out and give me a service I would have to sign an agreement that I would continue with them for a year. When I asked what happens if I'm not happy with the job, Calvin said it would be no problem to discontinue. Well, I wan't happy with the job, though the tech that came out to service our home was very nice and professional. However, it did not take care of my pest problem so after 2 tries I cancelled. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."

"I hired the company and paid a deposit. They put me on the schedule for around 10am. No one showed up and I called. They said I was on the schedule for 2p. 2p came and went and still no one showed up. I have requested a refund for my deposit because they are unreliable. They are high price too"

"Michael Lyday was the technician and was very professional and courteous. He set a trap and returned the next morning to find a female raccoon. He also found she’d been nursing and captured two kits in the crawl space. He told me to tell him if I heard anymore sounds which I did when he returned the following day. He captured two more kits and told me to call him again if I heard any more sounds. There weren’t any more and I was impressed that he still called to follow up. I was completely satisfied with his humane methods of removing the animals from my property."
