They were very open about the scope of the job and the pricing and I was more than satisfied with the quote for the work. The service technician, Mario, did an excellent job. He worked especially **** ** the second floor ducts which were just filled with construction dust and dirt! He arrived on time, was very careful as he worked, and was not the least bit fazed by the condition of those ducts! He just got to work and made them shine! I appreciated that he took pictures and shared the before and after so I could see what needed to be done. He also cleaned out the dryer vent and the outside air conditioning condensers - all with a smile and a wonderful attitude. Mario clearly had a strong work ethic and kept me informed about the progress as he moved floor to floor. I will be scheduling a cleaning next year, likely in September, and will request that Mario return to do the job. The house just feels and smells so much cleaner and fresh! Brett and Jake assessed the problem and determined that there was no problem contrary to what I was told by Temperature Docs "your system is fried, your only recourse is to buy a new furnace and air conditioner" for nearly $7,000! My air condtioner started working with a tweak of a knowing plier. I was not charged a repair cost only for the service call /diagnostic which was very reasonable. I asked Brett if my system looked "fried" and he said no. I was more than relieved that the situation was remedied so easily and economically. I was impressed by everyone's professionalism and most of all honesty. I would recommend this company to anyone need heating and cooling assistance. Best of all it is veteran owned!"

"Austin, Orin and James were great to work with. Due to raccoon damage to the attic insulation and ceiling drywall all old insulation needed to be removed and contaminated areas treated. They installed new soffit baffles between each pair of rafters, sealed all potential air leakage points (e.g. around can light fixtures), ran all new insulated bath fan ducts (4) to soffit mounted valved vents and blew in all new insulation. Cost was very reasonable. Overall excellent value. Austin provided my insurance company with all necessary information so the claim was quickly settled to my satisfaction.
