Jon called me back promptly and was here within a day. He gave me his estimate and it was installed the next week. Unfortunately the unit was leaking after he completed the install due to faulty manufacturing of the unit. So I had to call them and have a new one shipped. He then returned to remove that one and reinstall the new one. He did a perfect job, even did extras to make sure I could bypass the water shut off if necessary. Everything was clean and the whole assembly looked perfect. He is an excellent plumber who I would highly recommend.

I had another Heating & Cooling/Plumbing company out to replace the air conditioning in my house. The technician noticed that my water heater was dripping from the overflow pipe. Given the age of the water heater, we discussed repairing vs. replacing the water heater. I was quoted about $2300 for a new water heater. I was going to go forward with it, but decided to call Behm first to get another quote on installing a new one. Not only did John get back to me within 15 minutes, he was able to diagnose the problem based on my description and quoted me a repair price of $300! The repair was scheduled quickly. John arrived on time and did the repair in less than an hour. Even if the water heater did need to be replaced, the price I was quoted from Behm was still $700 less than the first company. 
I have used Behm plumbing several times in the past for other issues including replacing a garbage disposal, replacing a faucet, and installing a new sump pump and battery backup sump. They are always responsive, professional, and do the work at a reasonable price. John and the other plumbers always give a detailed description of the work they completed and an explanation for why problems might have happened in the first place. It is obvious that they know what they are doing and they are proud of their work. Unfortunately, it is often hard to find a service company that you can trust. Not so with Behm plumbing! I have no reason to ever call any one else.
