Improved Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning

My case was an urgent one, and the Improved Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning team resolved the issue promptly and effectively that same day. It happened to be Halloween, a day when HOA staff usually leave early, yet their responsiveness was exceptional. When I called Mahdi to inform him of the situation, he arrived as quickly as possible despite the heavy traffic and repaired the heating system efficiently. Their office staff also kept me well informed about his schedule and handled everything with great professionalism. I truly appreciate their outstanding service and have added the company to my trusted list.

Angel and Tyler worked their butts off to help us with our air conditioning. They unfortunately had to do way more work than expected, however they were at our house late and always stayed in communication on what was going on. They did a great job and were very detailed and thorough with all testing making sure that the job was done right and there were no issues. We had a great experience!

Angelo is the best! Had troubles with my last thumbtack hire for thermostat wiring a couple times without resolution, but hired Improved Comfort who was able to actually take the time to fix the issues completely and rewire the whole thing and be able to install the thermostat without the use of the PEK that was originally installed. Haven't had any troubles since, highly recommend!

Tyler was so amazing and very informative. I wasn't able to talk to him as in depth as I would like, but when I was able to step away, he did a phenomenal job of telling me what was going on with my vents and central ac unit. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job recommending the follow up service to have my ducts cleaned. I would 10 out of 10 work with you all again because Tyler was so great. He was also very kind. 😀

Tyler was great! My furnace was leaking and he was able to figure out the issue and fix it. He even gave me a tip on using a different filter to help reduce the risk of it happening again.
