Very friendly and professional. Installed new A/C unit right away. They were also the best price of everyone I got prices from and have 10 year labor and parts warranty. All others only have 1 year labor at best.

In November of 2014 I called to have our furnace checked before winter.  We had paid for yearly service checks.  They said they were busy and could not schedule a visit, but would call back.  They never did.  In January the furnace stopped working.  It took them a full day to make it out on one of the coldest days of the winter.  It turned out that the blower that they had replaced the previous summer had been done wrong and failed.  The blower was still under warranty, but they called me for payment for a new blower.  I reminded them that the blower was under warranty.  They said everything was fine.  Then they sent me a bill.  I called again to remind them that the blower was still under warranty.  They never did provide the service call that was paid for, they claimed the trip to fix the blower was the service call.  Had they made the original inspection and did a competent job they could have saved my family a lot of misery that day and late into the night.  They made no offer to compensate for that.  We went ahead and paid again for next year inspection service for the air conditioner and furnace.

This spring they called about the air conditioner service visit.  A time was set up.  They asked for payment in advance for the inspection.  They said that I had not paid for that year.  I pointed out that I already had and they eventually agreed that I had.  I left work early on the day of the visit, losing two hours of work.  They never showed and never called.  I called the next day.  They rescheduled the visit, but when I pointed out that I lost two hours of work and asked what they would do about it they said the General Manager would call me.  He never did.

We have used this company for five years.  We pay for a twice a year tune up and cleaning service on both heating and cooling.  Well worth it.  They are now under a new name...Cassel Home Comfort.  Same staff.

fI called them because they charged less for after-hours calls.  True, but I learned they do not apply the service call charge to any work they subsequently due, which is the practice of most HVAC companies.
Of course, the heat went on just prior to the technician's arrival.  He spent a long time examining the unit (22 yrs old), but could find nothing wrong.  He opined that the problem could the our ancient thermostat.
So.. we had a new thermostat installed by Chief-Bauer.  Worked fine, but furnace still went on and off.
Settled on Ray's for new furnace.  Their technician told me that there is simple way to check the thermostat's status (crossing some wires). Neither of the other two companies seemed to know that trick.
Will decide on Ray's after they answer next service call.

Came home after work to find the house at a nice and steamy 85 degrees. Called and Jamie came out within an hour. In less than five minutes he found the problem and shortly after he replaced the broken part. We were so impressed with the service we received that we decided to go ahead and get their yearly maintenance package, which explains the cost. It was $155 for the capacitor and $179 for the annual maintenance package.

I had bought a component for my HVAC system in my home and needed a local company to install it. Called around town and no one wanted to help me out at a reasonable rate. All Seasons saved the day. I had a positive experience from the first phone call, to setting up the appointment, to meeting with the owner (Don) and having the installation done. I'm convinced this company is the best in town.

Don always does an excellent job keeping the ac and furnace going for the 8 houses I manage. He does a thorough, careful job, explains everything and it stays fixed. He is polite and clean. The office staff is polite and follows up promptly.

I had sent All Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning an email from Angies list but they didn't respond to that.  It turned out that they hadn't received my email because it had gone to their junk mail. They came out to give the estimate after I gave them a call. Their estimate seemed reasonable. The gentleman who came out was not an installer.  We use All Seasons for our bi-annual service to check our air conditioner and furnace and the technician who comes out is very good.  We haven't decided who we are going with. They were pretty responsive after we got the email straightened out.  Note: The original wording found on this review was not my written word and was  not entirely correct. I apologize for the misunderstanding.
