Kelly Chapman is the owner. I asked them about an issue with the sump pump and they took a lot of information to fix it and they never came back. 

Called Kelly Chapman's number and left a voice message explaining the problem and suggested two dates to come out.  He called back  shortly and came out the following day promptly as we scheduled.  First, he came to check the problem and determined what was needed.  The sump pump needed replacing.  He then left and returned as promised with a new sump pump and installed it within the amount of time just as he estimated.  Mr. Chapman was very professional.  He explained the problem with the old pump and the type of new pump installed. His actual charge came in under his original estimate.  We were quite happy with his services and feel confident we would call upon him again!

I had some remodelling work done in the kitchen, getting new countertops. Kelly came to disconnect the old sink drains, faucet, and dishwasher in the morning before the countertops were installed. Following installation and allowing 24 hours for the silicone to dry, he returned to connect the new sinks, faucet, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. This included re-arranging the sink drains and installing cutoff valves for the hot and cold water lines to the faucet. It took a couple hours, but the job was perfect. Kelly is a great plumber, and I'd be pleased to work with him again.

We had been having problems with an exterior silcock dripping while in the off position; as a result of landscapers over tightening it.  I was concerned the entire silcock might need to be replaced, rather than only the internal parts such as the washers; because a plumbing expert at a local home supply store said it would be unlikely to find internal parts to match/work.  The concern was due to the fact that our only access to the water supply connection point to the silcock (i.e., silcock extends 12 inches to the interior for anti-siphon/antifreeze function) would be through cutting/patching of the ceiling in our finished basement.  However, Kelly Chapman did have internal parts in his truck to match/work and made quick work removing the internal parts, replacing an internal washer and reassembling; which solved the dripping in the off position (and any potential pipe freeze this winter).  Now that enough time has passed since the repair in September, to monitor the silcock through some freezing weather, the silcock antifreeze function also appears to be working fine.
Kelly Chapman has also performed other previous plumbing services at our house (such as gas piping, toilet/water closet replacements, water valve replacements, etc.) and each time has been prompt, efficient, professional and reasonably priced.  We intend to continue hiring Kelly Chapman for future work, including a pending future master bathroom remodel.

They did an amazing job and cleaned up after themselves.  I have always been extremely happy with their service.

The job went very well. Kerry had all the necessary tools and parts on his truck. The whole project took about an hour to complete.

Kelly did all the plumbing in our complete bathroom remodel (every
fixture was moved!).  We really like him, and he gave us excellent
advice repeatedly (either about code, fixture companies, or
whathaveyou).  He's really busy, but even came on
nights/weekends/holidays to try and get the project completed on time
(including for some sort of nit-picky details because I had a very
specific plan).  Everything works great, and we're really happy with the
bathroom.  Oddly, the worst part about Kelly was getting an estimate.
 For such a big project, I really felt like I needed that to move
forward so I had to pester him a bit.  His price was very reasonable
though (here includes all fixtures and materials) and for future projects I won't worry as much.  I have no qualms
hiring him again. 

It went well. He was prompt and polite and gave us 10% off labor if you let him know you found him on Angie's list. This is our second time using Ameriplumb ... We will use him again.

We also got a leaking problem in our basement and he came over and fixed it. It was leaking faucets and he did a good job. It was also for dishwasher installation. He represented Lowe's, he was working for Lowe's but I had met him because before, he was fixing our leaking in the house. He's very good and he comes on time and he knows what he need to do. He keeps his appointment and his staff was ideal. I highly recommend him for anybody. He's fast and he's a very professional guy. He was here exactly what he told us he'll come and he's exactly came on time. If I had seen something he would do, I will call him.

They were wonderful and the price was reasonable. My husband and I were pumping up the water throughout the night and I got on the computer and left a message at around 6:00 AM and they called me right back.

An old pipe worn out and started to leak, the leak was located between the air ducts and it was impossible to see or reach unless removing a significant part of the ducts or through the wall which is always risky as we never actually saw the pipe that was leaking. Kelly made a hole on one of the walls with great accuracy, located the pipe and fixed it in no time. Great work, I totally recommend him.

Our sump pump stopped working and was submerged in water. He took out old pump and replaced it with a new one.

Due to the nature of the problems (humidifier flooded all electrical components and initial installation done incorrectly in several ways - by different vendor) it was a challenging job, but Kelly saw it through.  For as many parts as he replaced and as much time as he spent, I thought the cost was reasonable.

We woke up to a 63 degree house.  Not good in Illinois in early February.  Checked the boiler, and the pilot light was out.  I could not get it to light again.  I contacted an HVAC only company, and they told me, since it was a boiler system, I needed to contact a plumber.  Ameriplumb has been recommended to me by Custom Home Updates, so I called.  They fit me into their busy schedule the same day (rare these days), fixed the problem (thermocoupler) at a very reasonable price, and they were very pleasant, courteous and efficient.  Heat was on that evening (which is good to know with a one year old in the house).

Our furnace went out on a Sunday afternoon. After my husband tried
working on it and couldn't figure out what was wrong he called
Ameriplumb.  Kelley called us back immediately after hearing we had no
heat.  Said he'd come out right away but we told him we'd be fine until
the morning.  He came first thing in the morning and had our heat back
on in about 20 minutes!  He also took time out afterwards to explain what was wrong and what he did to get it running.
Great service!!  And we got 10% off our bill because we told him we found him on Angie's List!

I was so pleased with the service I received when Kelly fixed a condensation pipe leak that I called him when my sump pump started to malfunction. He gave an estimate for the parts and labor, and had it up and running again in just a couple days. He also fixed my leaky toilet for me while he was here!   I will definitely be using Ameriplumb in the future for any plumbing needs!

Called Ameriplumb in morning when furnance wouldn't work. We  previously had a lightning strike. Kelly came out and quickly diagnosed problem. After getting a new part, he had us warm again in a few hours. We have used Ameriplumb in the past and will continue to use them again. Kelly is very friendly and does good work at a fair price.

Prior to our DIY replacement of kitchen countertops, Kelly installed water cutoffs under our old kitchen sink and prepared the drains so we could lift out the sink. He was very helpful with our questions about purchasing a faucet and kitchen sink drains.  This was our first time removing and installing new kitchen countertops.  Kelly was flexible with his schedule to give us extra time to complete the countertop installation before his return to install the sink and faucet.  The price was very fair, especially considering the two trips a week apart.  He does high quality work and we would happily hire Ameriplumb again.

Kelly Chapman gave me an estimate for the project.
He informed me that I needed to order additional parts to reinstall the Delta faucet.
Since I was having new kitchen counter tops installed, the faucet and plumbing needed to be disconnected.
After the counter tops were installed, Kelly returned to reconnect the faucet and plumbing.
I was pleased with his professional skills and attitude and would highly recommend his services.
