"The technicians were really great guys, but I was not happy with the fact that I was charged $860 and they wanted another $1,000 to come back the next day to complete the job. That seemed excessively high for the problem at hand and the solution that they proposed was not feasible (hydrojet from the catch basin in the backyard, must be done so that the water is propelled into the sewer line). Two additional plumbers that I called verified this. "All Clear Plumbing" came out a few days later with a camera and cleaned out the drain and scoped it for $125. I did call Aqua customer service to express my concern and dismay but no one ever got back to me to discuss it - so here is my review."

"It went VERY BAD. We needed to paint our deck. It was scheduled for Augest 2023. Then it was rescheduled for 3 weeks later because of bad weather. Which is OK but not 3 weeks later. Then it was rescheduled 3 weeks later again because they did not hve enough stuff! Then it was rescheduled one more time again because they did not have enough stuff!!! Every time they call asking for reschedule - but phone call does not help. Finally the work was never done and we have to try it next year. I'd NOT recoment to use this company. Nobody should use it!
