I came across Water Specialties Group at the Pheasant Run Home Show at Saint Charles. They were the only dealer that did a lab test of your water before they would make recommendations. They then explained the lab test, what the water problems were, and what it would take to fix it with a guarantee that the water problems would be corrected. The price was similar to what the other companies were charging.
The installation was very professional with the installer more concerned on a quality job instead of time. For the first time since building our house 18 years ago, we have really good water. The water is clean, soft, and does not have an odor. The black water is gone. The system is economical on material and is easy to use. They even came out for a post installation visit with another water test to be sure that everything was operating correctly.
I could not be more pleased. Water Specialties Group is the first real professional water treatment company I have found. They will test your water to find out what your specific water problems are and what it will take to solve the problems. Their prices are similar to what the other companies charge. But the price is a much better value as the water problem is actually solved instead of having to keep spending money on more systems. What it took to fix my water problems is not important as each person has different water. The process that Water Specialties Group uses to find and cure the problem is what is important.
