His estimate beat all others, was accepted and installation scheduled within a few weeks. On installation, day, the crew of 2 arrived promptly on time completing the removal of the old door and install of the new one as quietly as possible and much quicker than we had imagined without leaving a trace of their work. "100+ year old brick building with 6-7+ layers of roof was leaking. Sam the owner of Expert Super Seal Roofing was able to bid the job within a few days of the initial contact call. He quickly revised the contract in response to some of our concerns and supplied us with proof of liability insurance upon request. The original plan involved tearing off all the old roofing layers, placing insulation on the deck, placing a base sheet on the insulation, placing a torch down bitumen system, placing a new coping on one of the parapet walls and a final liquid aluminum asphalt coat and guttering. After the many layers of the roof were torn off-the much larger scope of the job became apparent as at least 1/4 of the roof area had rotten decking and joists and a large section of the inner brick layer of the parapet wall had to be rebuilt. The original time estimate was 2 days and the job was completed in 5 consecutive days. When the need for additional work became apparent Sam immediately had extra workers on site and the extra materials that were needed for the rebuild. An additional dumpster was needed due to the extent of the tear off. Throughout the job Sam kept us posted with photos as to the extent and progress of the work. I was impressed with quality of the work, the efficiency of the workers and the job site clean-up."

""Disorganized, not honest, potentially scamming customers out of thousands" The prior owner spent over 22K on window replacements in 2014. In 2018 (a year after I moved in) 2 windows had developed a seal failure and spotting that began to worsen. I first contacted PHRG in 2019 for a replacement. They stated there was a 15 month wait time for replacement. Fast forward to dozens of phone calls, emails and false promised dates of delivery and 2 additional windows that developed a seal failure. In response to my latest request for an update, I received a generic email with a difficult to read chart that showed new "promised" date for May 31, 2023 for the original window! This is after they told me my installation was scheduled for October 28th 2022! So, someone told me the window was ready to be installed last week and then another email indicated it hadn't even arrived at the warehouse! It is hard to believe they will ever decide to honor their warranty. Now I am stuck with windows that look like the pictures below and looking to pay out of pocket for the badly installed windows this company put in, in 2014. With a Lifetime warranty.... Please reconsider choosing this company. They have very poor customer service and are extremely disorganized at best and outright lying to customers at worst."

"After reviewing several roofing companies on Angi and elsewhere, as well as one family recommendation, we went with Seidel to have all the singles, underlying materials, and gutters replaced on our ~ 25 year old home. The first thing to know about this company is that Udo is a knowledgeable professional who is happy to answer any questions leading up to the job, and assist with things that can be challenging, like getting permits or working with HOAs. During the work he checked in multiple times and even supplied some photos of the roof while the crew was up there, to confirm boards were all OK. In short, he doesn't miss details and does a great job communicating throughout. We went with a higher grade of shingle and supporting materials, and so far (after 30+ days and several storms) the overall quality looks great. I don't anticipate any issues through the coming winter, but will update should anything warrant it. Can fully recommend Seidel and we are also likely to use them for a siding project, based on our positive experiences with the roof."
