"I appreciated the way Mike and Paul (Father and Son) communicated with us about the repairs we needed. They were straightforward and offered us different options and explained in detail what they could do (no BS). We were on a budget and they worked with us on cost. Gutters were seperating from the house because the pervious company that installed them did a poor job (only 6 yrs ago). They added flashing, larger brackets and longer nails. They also repaired two chimneys with tuck pointing and a chimney cap along with additional tuck pointing with some brick replacement and sealed some cracks in other areas of need. They came out on saturday for a free estimate and completed the job on Monday. We are very satisfied and plan to use them again for other repairs in the future. "I had my entire roof and gutters replaced. Home Genius did a great job under what could only be considered unprecedented circumstances. Even throughout a global pandemic, an unusually rainy March and a ruptured appendix, the job site was always buttoned down and watertight before the crew left for the day. Brent suggested that oversized gutters and downspouts might be an open for my home given the size and pitch of my roof since I was replacing them anyway. He was right and they look great. I wasn't aware there were larger gutters even available. Brent also took it upon himself to go above and beyond by ordering matching black drip edge and vent pipe housings to match my shingle color. The roof and gutters look great and I get compliments regularly on it."
