John sent a team to inspect the roof by the afternoon of my request, on a Saturday. Rather than using a drone to "take a look" they went onto the roof to get a good look at the damage. Because more rain was coming in the next couple of days, John considered this an urgent problem, so his crew come out on a Sunday to get the roof repaired!
