I wasn’t living there yet and chose not to be there so I could be surprised, but Casey sent daily updates. They finished exactly on time, stayed within budget, and even swapped out outlet covers for me. The quality was amazing! Clean lines, smooth finishes, and not a drip anywhere. They actually left the place cleaner than they found it. Casey even matched caulk to different tile and fixed a ton of imperfections in the walls and crown molding. "Contacted them to by phone on 7/16/21 at about 9:30 am was told the estimators were busy but was asked to send an email of photo's I had of the problem as well as my contact info and estimator would be in touch. I sent email and received a reply from Billing Mgr at 10:02 am. That is the last I heard from them. Ended up getting work done by another company that actually replied back to me (that same day). With all of the other glowing reviews of this company on Angles list, I'm surprised."
