"I needed to replace all the carpeting in a tenant's apartment. Exposition came over the day after I called them to measure the apartment and show me samples. The owner, Marshall, gave me good advice as to the type of carpet I should get for a rental unit and how much I should spend. They gave me a better price than two other carpet companies I called. The installers came out as soon as the painters were finished and did a very professional installation job. The carpet looks great.

"I'll start by saying the floors turned out absolutely beautiful. I am less than thrilled with the trim/finish carpentry though. I just don't think the craftsmanship was really there. For instance, my baseboards weren't removed during the flooring install which resulted in the flooring being installed right up against the baseboards in some cases and resulting in the baseboards looking really "short". I also found a ~3' section of of shoe moulding that wasn't even nailed in. Additionally, there were large gaps between the wall and stringers going up the stairs as well as some damage to existing drywall. Finally, there was a miscommunication (I didn't know the difference between sanding and buffing) that required me to spend an additional $1500. My advice to any prospective customer is to really educate yourself on the process before engaging any professional. In the end, Vasile was always available and very upfront and as I mentioned the floors turned out beautiful."
