Best floor sanding pros near Lyons, IL

"Eco West Floors did a great job installing my vinyl floor. They were quick and did. high quality work."

"Kals did an amazing job. Alex was very accommodating and considerate with fitting our schedule and budget. He and his team are highly skilled and proficient. My floors were a disaster prior to Kals flooring, now they are beautiful."

"The best! Adrian and his team exceeded any expectations we had on our hardwood floor project. We had them rip out and haul away all upstairs and downstairs carpet, had all new wood floors installed and existing floors sanded and re-stained so now our entire house is wood (he even installed linoleum for us in our laundry room). The floors are absolutely perfect; he and his team were very professional, on time and hard working! If you are not sure who to go with Mcraft is the best choice!"

"Very well. Floors are beautiful! Crew was professional. Project finished early. Thank you!"

"Jose and his team were communicative, quick and overall very easy to work with. They completed the refinishing and staining of my hardwood floors (~1500 sq ft) with quarter round replacement in 2 days. I am so happy with my new floors and highly recommend them."

"The end job was excellent.  They came every day, stayed all day until the job was finished.  We are very happy with the finished product.  However, they did not return calls promptly and were going to leave the job unfinished.  By unfinished I mean they were going to leave without properly  installing all the shoe  molding.  They were going to leave a putty joint between the floor and baseboard showing.  They also charged us for the additional shoe molding which we believed was included in the original price. I do
recommend them justmake sure you include everything you want  written in the contract."

"Exceptional Craftsmanship and Professionalism! When we became victims of fraud by an unscrupulous swindler, we were left with horribly damaged hardwood floors that needed complete refinishing again. It was difficult to find a contractor for the redo. It was our good fortune to find Vasile Corlaciu, longtime owner of VASILE FLOORING & CONSTRUCTION CO. His expertise and integrity are heralded in his company’s motto: “Quality isn’t everything, it’s the only thing.” Vasile carefully explained the scope and complexity of fixing the improperly refinished floor (incomplete sanding, unscraped corners and edges, no sanding under radiators, waves, dips and gouges done by sanding machine). With the highest quality of workmanship, Vasile and crew expertly did all the services listed on his card: Installation, Sanding, Staining, Repairing and Finishing. Bravo Vasile and thank you!"

"I love my new finish hardwood floors. They did a wonderful job. Everything was done in a timely matter and I would highly recommend them, and I would also use them again in the future."

"I had some water damage in the kitchen floor that needed replacement. Deswood and his team did a great job at replacing the damaged hardwood floor. They sanded and finished to match the color already there. Highly recommend!"

"I had a small job and trouble finding professional help for my small job replacing the shingles on the roof of my wood garden shed -- 12x6 size. Once I removed the tools inside to prepare for their work, I realized I also needed the floor replaced. They completed both jobs within a few hours; they cleaned up afterwards, I am now prepared for keeping my lawnmower and other tools dry and ready for next season. They were a pleasure to work with. Their price was fair."
