"I needed to have a scuffed and scratched oak dining room floor sanded and sealed. Jose and assistant George arrived at 8:10 a.m. Monday and started sanding 30 minutes later after high powered vacuuming. The sanding took about two hours. After that, three coats of sealer, with about 1/2 an hour of drying time between coats. The floor is beautiful. We could walk on it last night (wearing socks) and can put the furniture back tomorrow. Jose is the best!"

"The end job was excellent.  They came every day, stayed all day until the job was finished.  We are very happy with the finished product.  However, they did not return calls promptly and were going to leave the job unfinished.  By unfinished I mean they were going to leave without properly  installing all the shoe  molding.  They were going to leave a putty joint between the floor and baseboard showing.  They also charged us for the additional shoe molding which we believed was included in the original price.
