"I needed to have a scuffed and scratched oak dining room floor sanded and sealed. Jose and assistant George arrived at 8:10 a.m. Monday and started sanding 30 minutes later after high powered vacuuming. The sanding took about two hours. After that, three coats of sealer, with about 1/2 an hour of drying time between coats. The floor is beautiful. We could walk on it last night (wearing socks) and can put the furniture back tomorrow. They meticulously worked to strip, sand, level, and fill the entire floor to perfection. Preparation is the entire key to the job. Then, they darkened the wood to our perfect color and put on several coats of top quality sealer. The floors look absolutely amazing! One of the most notable things is that there is literally zero dust. Jerry uses top of the light HEPA filter sanding equipment. It captures literally all of the dust. His standards for the work are far above most homeowners. He sees the smallest of flaws and makes sure his work is literally perfect. "The end job was excellent.  They came every day, stayed all day until the job was finished.  We are very happy with the finished product.  However, they did not return calls promptly and were going to leave the job unfinished.  By unfinished I mean they were going to leave without properly  installing all the shoe  molding.  They were going to leave a putty joint between the floor and baseboard showing.  They also charged us for the additional shoe molding which we believed was included in the original price.
