First came and power washed everything a few days before, then on first day of painting removed all old caulk and re-caulked, plus filled any holes. Gave everything 2 coats and on one part that was stain actually gave 3 coats. Original quote did not include foundation, soffit, gutters, front and rear stairs but Jose added those in at a reasonable price, so had those done too. Also painted chimney at no extra charge, On top of all this they completed the job in 2 days. "My basement ceiling was awful.  It was a drop ceiling and some tiles were missing and others were badly stained due to a water leak that the previous owner never had fixed.  The ceiling was lower than usual because the basement has a lovely hardwood floor correctly installed over a plywood subfloor. 
Additionally, there were too many can lights and they were located in odd places.  The basement was not a place anyone wanted to spend time. I needed it be a welcoming space because the view is great and it is a walk-out.  Salvador and his team did a great job. It is absolutely lovely.  It is now a great gathering place.
It was all done in 4.5 days and that includes paint and drywall repair.
Would absolutely use them again.  Very, very prompt and did a fantastic job"

"I had rainwater coming in through a door and window frame. Dario and Juan knew right away that the problem was coming from where my deck meets the siding. They removed deck boards to discover a gap in the siding. Checked for water damage (thankfully no damage). Sealed the gap. I have not had any rainwater issues since. Price was totally reasonable. This included carpentry repairs to replace rotting window sills and deck stairs, stucco repair, painting and staining. Peter Fortune responded quickly to a request for a quote.
