"MQ Painting was very professional in every aspect of the work they completed for us. They power washed every surface prior to painting. All surfaces were sanded or scraped as needed. Two coats of stain we applied to all surfaces. The garage doors were stripped, stained and varnished. The deck railings were completely replaced and painted on a very large deck. Originally, Jose thought only a portion of the railing spindles needed to be replaced. As the job proceeded it was apparent that all spindles and railing wood needed to be replaced. The only additional charge was for the materials, not for labor even though every spindle needed to be individually cut from larger pieces of lumber. MQ was the only painting contractor who bid on our paint job who was willing to do all the woodwork repairs needed on the deck. Other contractors said we'd need to have someone repair the deck and then they would paint it. We appreciated working with just one contractor. Their painting and carpentry work was top notch. All workers were neat, punctual and conscientious. All materials and tools were picked up and stored at the end of every work day. I discovered MQ Painting through Angie's List. They removed deck boards to discover a gap in the siding. Checked for water damage (thankfully no damage). Sealed the gap. I have not had any rainwater issues since. Price was totally reasonable. "We had a new porch constructed to replace an old one. Then we hired CertaPro painters to do the paint work. 
T.L. came out promptly and wrote up an estimate that was submitted to me that evening. Out of 4 bidders they had the best price. It took me about a month to make up my mind, during which time they were the only ones who checked in with me to follow up.
We had let the new cedar deck dry out for about a month and half before painting. Once I pulled the trigger, they had a team come out and pressure wash the porch to clean up any accumulated grime and dirt. Then a few days later their crew began the prep & paint work.
They did a nice professional job all around, and were responsive to my feedback on some tiny details. In addition to the new wood, they repainted some old beams, door & window frames, and aluminum siding to make sure everything on the porch looked nice and new.
The crew cleaned up after each day's work, and were polite and friendly. After the job T.L. came back for a final review and inspection of the work. I was happy with their performance on the job, and feel they gave me a good value for the money.
