First came and power washed everything a few days before, then on first day of painting removed all old caulk and re-caulked, plus filled any holes. Original quote did not include foundation, soffit, gutters, front and rear stairs but Jose added those in at a reasonable price, so had those done too. They came on at least 3 occasions to put the layers of stain and the final polyurethane coat. They even found that the top of my front door wood trim had never ben stained and they offered to stain it for free. "I had rainwater coming in through a door and window frame. Dario and Juan knew right away that the problem was coming from where my deck meets the siding. They removed deck boards to discover a gap in the siding. Checked for water damage (thankfully no damage). Sealed the gap. I have not had any rainwater issues since. Price was totally reasonable. We discussed other future repairs/projects for my home and I look forward to working with them again."
