"I chose Precise Painting and Restoration out of four other painters I had over because Juan ensured me he could replace the few rotten siding pieces I had on my house. That was valuable to me because I didn't have to find a separate contractor to do the work. During the repair and painting project, Juan would let me know what he was going to work on and gave me updates during the day. Juan and his whole crew were very professional and hard working. My house looks absolutely beautiful!"

"Excellent from the detailed proposal to the complete cleanup. Derek and crew was professional, prepared, easy to work with, quick and quiet doing the ceiling repairs and fixing ceiling and wall stains, matching paint, and just excellent in all work. They moved the heavy China cabinet, covered all items with taping and plastic and drop cloths. They even shook out the drop cloths outside make certain they were clean."

"I had rainwater coming in through a door and window frame. Dario and Juan knew right away that the problem was coming from where my deck meets the siding. They removed deck boards to discover a gap in the siding. Checked for water damage (thankfully no damage). Sealed the gap. I have not had any rainwater issues since. Price was totally reasonable. We discussed other future repairs/projects for my home and I look forward to working with them again."

They have really good reviews and I saw some of their pictures on their website. Guillermo was super responsive and they started the project within days. I've lived in this house for 10 years and have done nothing with these walls so they had a lot of work to do. I'm so extremely happy with the outcome. They transformed this house.
