"Had MQ Painting paint the exterior of my house and garage and could not be happier. Did everything the right way! First came and power washed everything a few days before, then on first day of painting removed all old caulk and re-caulked, plus filled any holes. Gave everything 2 coats and on one part that was stain actually gave 3 coats. Original quote did not include foundation, soffit, gutters, front and rear stairs but Jose added those in at a reasonable price, so had those done too. Also painted chimney at no extra charge, On top of all this they completed the job in 2 days. Could tell from first time I had Jose come out to give me a quote he was very knowledgeable and passionate about his business and painting, which I really liked. I would not hesitate to recommend MQ Painting to anybody. I guarantee you will be happy with the quality of work and price you'll receive from MQ Painting."

"I've used Fortune Restoration in the past when I managed condominium buildings. After seeing the cedar siding work they did on a friend's house I decided to call Tom Fortune for my own residence. Tom took the time to listen and called his lead carpenter to discuss the various siding and trim options. He was able to write the estimate on the spot. They started quickly and there were no delays once they began. Their crews were communicative and professional. Tom also stopped by regularly to inspect the workmanship and make sure I was satisfied. Fortune removed the existing metal siding on the house, replaced the soffit and fascia with PVC which was quite labor intensive, sided the gable ends and small front dormer with cedar, stained the new cedar, and painted all the new trim and exterior windows. They left the area in very good condition. I'm very pleased with their responsiveness and quality of the work and recommend them without reservation."

"I met Rafael over a year in a gas station near my home when I noticed the signage on his truck. I had damaged plaster and paint from a leak and asked about his company and took his card. Time passed due to covid lockdowns, etc. so I didn't call him until recently. This company is exceptional. They come when they say they will - on time, and they complete their work quickly. They do excellent work, and clean up afterwards. Would I hire him again? YES - in fact Lilian Touch is now doing some deck repair and painting on the outside of my home. "Angel did a great job on refinishing my interior wood window frames on two large corner windows. On day one he came and stripped and put down the new stain. Let this dry out over the weekend and came back on Monday to apply the water based varnish. No bad fumes and a wonderful touch up job with the paint around the wood. I am very pleased with his work and will definitely contact him in the springtime for more work."

"Steadfast did an excellent job for a very reasonable price, especially considering that they had to hand-paint the beams! Anthony made a number of good suggestions, or things to think about, when he quoted the house. He was very thoughtful and knowledgeable about the color consult, as we were trying to blend the stucco color into the new windows, and we were thrilled with the results! When the power wash revealed a much greater problem with loose paint than he anticipated, Anthony was very apologetic for underestimating the amount of prep time needed and did have to adjust the contracted cost above what was quoted but he only charged a little more than half of what he normally would have charged for the work because he had to do that and he said he takes pride in not changing the quoted price. Natalie and her crew were here promptly every day that week and they were terrific about covering things, being careful about landscaping and cleaning up daily. When a couple of small things were noted (ie not painting the radon pipe and more scraping needed on front porch posts), Anthony and the crew were very responsive and took care of the issues immediately. I would highly recommend Anthony and his people for any painting job!"

"I had rainwater coming in through a door and window frame. Dario and Juan knew right away that the problem was coming from where my deck meets the siding. They removed deck boards to discover a gap in the siding. Checked for water damage (thankfully no damage). Sealed the gap. I have not had any rainwater issues since. Price was totally reasonable. We discussed other future repairs/projects for my home and I look forward to working with them again."
